years. We offer many levels of training from basic Fibre Channel
architecture to in-depth studies and debugging classes. These classes
are taught in an unmatched hands-on environment. Our fully wired
classrooms allow students to analyze real time results using protocol
analyzers and other measurement tools.
Our classes
are designed for development, test and field application engineers; IT
administrators; and customer support and technical marketing teams. We
equip any technology-oriented professional with the skills they need to
dive into high growth areas like Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and SAS. Medusa
also offers on site and customized training programs tailored to meet
your specific needs.
All public classes are held in Austin, Texas, but on-site
"private" classes can be taught in any sufficiently sized room,
including customer conference rooms, hotels, etc. Medusa Labs brings
all necessary equipment.

register for Medusa Labs classes:
Medusa
Labs gladly accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and corporate
purchase orders. Our payment policy is as follows:
- All fees are in U.S. dollars.
- All
payments are due and payable prior to the scheduled class unless prior
arrangements have been made.
- Corporate purchase
orders are accepted with terms of net 30 days.
- Purchase orders must be made out to: Finisar

Cancellation
Policy
- Canceling a class within one week prior to the class start
date is subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the class fee if
the seat cannot be sold.
- Medusa Labs reserves the
right to cancel any class and/or re-schedule a class. In such cases,
Medusa Labs will provide at least two weeks notice to the customer.
Medusa will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the customer
as a result of the cancellation or change.
