Singlemode / Multimode VCSEL – 0805 miniature hermetic (HVS0805-xxx)
Currently under development, the HVS0805-xxx contains either a singlemode or multimode Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) packaged in an industry standard “0805” footprint. The VCSEL is hermetically sealed in the silicon package with a glass window. The package is mounted using conductive epoxy to ensure compatibility with the highest accuracy pick and place machines.
