Finisar Corporation makes commercially available 1310nm FP lasers and 1310nm DFB lasers manufactured in Fremont, CA through Advanced Optical Component division. Some of the products include both TOSA and ROSA components for applications ranging from 100Mbps to in excess of 10Gbps, and both top and edge monitoring photodiodes.
