All public classes are held in Austin, Texas, but on-site "private" classes can be taught in any sufficiently sized room, including customer conference rooms, hotels, etc. Medusa Labs brings all necessary equipment.

Medusa Labs gladly accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and corporate purchase orders. Our payment policy is as follows:
- All fees are in U.S. dollars.
- All payments are due and payable prior to the scheduled class unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Corporate purchase orders are accepted with terms of net 30 days.
- Purchase orders must be made out to: Finisar Corporation, 1389 Moffett Park Dr., Sunnyvale, CA 94089

Cancellation Policy
- Canceling a class within one week prior to the class start date is subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the class fee if the seat cannot be sold.
- Medusa Labs reserves the right to cancel any class and/or re-schedule a class. In such cases, Medusa Labs will provide at least two weeks notice to the customer. Medusa will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the customer as a result of the cancellation or change.

All classes have the following daily schedule (excluding MC100):
- 8:30 a.m. to Noon - Morning Session
- Noon to 1:00 p.m. - Lunch
- 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Afternoon Session
