We have been actively using Finisar NetWisdom Probes and Analyzers to identify the specific issues causing application disruptions, allowing us to focus our energies on resolving the root cause of the problems. This has eliminated finger pointing and substantially reduced resolution cycle time. By utilizing Finisar rovers, we now extend the reach of NetWisdom solution across a larger section of our SAN to further improve our ability to prevent and resolve potential application issues.

This means that we analyze each and every issue, generally reducing the time for recreation from days to hours or hours to minutes, provide you with every detail about the issue and recreation, assist you in further debug if necessary, and then provide full regression of all fixes.
